Nursing Home Openings

Nursing Assistant

The NA/R is responsible for assisting the residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) through daily nursing care as described in each resident’s plan of care.
The NA/R carries out simple treatment procedures, reports to and follows the instructions of the charge nurse. The NA/R works closely with the activities department, volunteers, housekeeping and all other ancillary departments.NA/R’s frequently have contact with the resident’s family, members.

  • Full Time Day Shift: 6:00A-2:30P
  • Every other weekend/holiday

  • Full Time PM Shift: 2:15P-10:45P
  • Every other weekend/holiday

  • Part Time PM Shift: 4:00P-9:00P
  • Every other weekend/holiday

  • Housekeeping

    The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day to day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Plant Operations, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

  • Full Time: 6:30AM-3:00PM
  • Every other weekend/holiday


  • LPN

    The LPN position provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, choices and care plan. The LPN monitors T.M.A’s, C.N.A’s, and residents for his/her 8 hour shift. The LPN works closely with the RN Nurse Manager to manage the day to day functions. The LPN is required to have a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota and current CPR certification.equired to have a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota and current CPR certification. Experience in gerontological nursing is preferred. Must possess excellent clinical skills and understanding of the nursing process. Must be able communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

  • RN or LPN

  • Nurse Staffing Coordinator

    As Nurse Staffing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate staffing office operation through scheduling, answering phones, and ordering department supplies as directed. You will work closely with Department Supervisors and Directors to maintain strong correspondence and provide administrative support and assistance with department-related projects when needed. Must have basic computer skills.
